Material kneader



PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a reduction of the time for injecting work in a small space. SOLUTION: A kneader has a tank 11 reserving a material, two kneading pumps 12 and 13 arranged on one side of the tank and kneading and discharging the material, a transferring means 14 transferring the material from the tank to the pumps and a switching means 16 disposed in the dropping spout of the transfer means and dropping the material selectively into the pumps. The pumps are arranged with a gap in the back-and-forth direction so that at least operating switches 20 and 21 formed on the side of one pump are not hidden by the other pump, and materials are kneaded and discharged respectively by the pumps. 【課題】小さなスペースで注入作業の時間短縮を図れるようにする。 【解決手段】材料混練装置は、材料を貯留するタンク11、該タンクの一方に配置して材料を混練、吐出する複数の混練ポンプ12,13、該タンクから複数の混練ポンプに材料を移送する移送手段14、該移送手段の投下口に設けられ、各混練ポンプに対して選択的に材料を投下する切換手段16を備え、複数の混練ポンプを、各混練ポンプの側面に形成された少なくとも操作スイッチ20,21が他の混練ポンプで隠されない間隔をおいて前後方向にずらして並置し、該複数の混練ポンプによりそれぞれ材料を混練、吐出させる。 【選択図】 図2
