Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high void subgrade material contributed to the improvement of riding in a railway track, the reduction of maintenance work, the facility of use in a road, a park, various kinds of athletic equipments, etc. and a semi-rigid subgrade construction method. SOLUTION: The subgrade material having water-granulated slag, cement and fly ash as main components mixed with silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide and magnesium oxide is manufactured, the subgrade material is laid and leveled to a set height, and a proper amount of water is sprayed thereon to solidify to lightly roll on. 【課題】鉄道線路における乗り心地の改善、保守作業の軽減や道路、公園、各種運動施設等における利用の容易性並びに保守費用の低減に資する高空隙路盤材及び半剛性路盤工法を提供する。 【解決手段】水砕スラグ及びセメント並びにフライアッシュを主成分として、二酸化珪素、酸化アルミニウム、酸化カルシウム及び酸化マグネシウムを混合した路盤材を製造し、これを定められた高さに敷き均し、適量の水を散水し固化させ、軽く転圧する。
