Concrete lining structure of shaft excavated wall surface and its construction method



【課題】立坑掘削機によって掘削された壁面にコンクリート覆工を施工する際に、立坑掘削壁面に対するこのコンクリート覆工の支持力を確実にして滑落を防止する。 【解決手段】立坑掘削機の回転カッタ板12によって一定深さの立坑Aを掘削する毎に、上記回転カッタ板12の外周部に出没自在に設けている掘削刃12a’を突出させたその掘削壁面1に周溝からなる凹部3を形成し、しかるのち、掘削壁面1に沿って型枠19を組み立ててコンクリートを打設することにより、一定厚みのコンクリート覆工2を築造すると同時に、打設コンクリートの一部を上記凹部3に充填させてコンクリート覆工2の外周面に凸部3を形成し、凹部3に対するこの凸部3の係止力によってコンクリート覆工2を掘削壁面1に支持させた構造とする。 【選択図】 図2
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the concrete lining from slipping down by assuring the bearing force of a concrete lining to the shaft excavated wall surface when the concrete lining is constructed to the wall surface excavated by a shaft excavator to . <P>SOLUTION: Every time when a shaft A having a certain depth is excavated by a rotary cutter plate 12 of the shaft excavator, a recess section 3 consisting of the circumferential groove is formed in the excavated wall surface projecting an excavation edge 12a' provided to the outer circumferential surface section of the rotary cutter plate 12 in a state to freely come in and out, and then, the concrete lining 2 with a certain thickness is constructed by placing concrete after a form 19 is assembled along the excavated wall surface 1 and, at the same time, the recess section 3 is filled with part of concrete to be placed to form a projection 4 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the concrete lining 2, and the concrete lining 2 has a structure supported on the excavated wall surface 1 by interlocking force of the projection 4 to the recess section 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
