PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide magnesium alloy parts having highly accurate three-dimensional shape by preventing the forming of recessed parts, shrinkages, indentations or the like from generating on the back surface of a projecting part in a manufacturing method of the magnesium alloy parts by making part of a plate of a base stock plastically flow. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of the magnesium alloy parts having a process where the projecting part is formed by applying load in the thickness direction to a magnesium alloy sheet, the flow property A of the alloy material in the vicinity of a region in which the projecting part of the surface of the metal plate is to be formed is controlled so as to be larger than the flow property B of the alloy material in the vicinity of its back surface. 【課題】素材板の一部を塑性流動させて凸部を形成するマグネシウム合金部品の製造方法において、凸部の裏面に凹部、ヒケ、窪みなどが形成されることを防ぎ、高精度の立体形状を有するマグネシウム合金部品を提供する。 【解決手段】マグネシウム合金板材に、その厚さ方向の荷重を印加して、凸部を形成する工程を有するマグネシウム合金部品の製造方法において、前記板材表面の凸部を形成しようとする領域近傍における合金材料の流動性Aを、その裏面近傍における合金材料の流動性Bよりも、大きくなるように制御する。 【選択図】 図6
