Abstract

【課題】隣接する穴を打抜き加工すると穴周辺部に変形,だれが生じ、製品精度が悪化するという問題があった。隣接穴の穴間寸法が板厚寸法tに対し1.0t 以下の製品において打抜き加工を可能とすることにある。 【解決手段】同一部材に複数の穴を隣接して打抜く方法であって、少なくとも打抜き穴に隣接する他の穴はダミー材を埋設した状態で打抜き加工され、隣接穴の一方の穴を押出し加工の後、押戻し加工を行い、その後に、他の一方の隣接穴を打抜き、押戻した部材を除去し、加工する方法。 【効果】穴周辺の変形,だれが防止でき、製品精度の向上,製作コストの低減が図れる。 【選択図】 図3
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable blanking work to be applied to a product the dimension between holes of the adjacent holes of which is ≤ 1.0t to the thickness dimension t by solving problems that the deformation and the round edge occur in the peripheral part of the hole when blanking adjacent holes and the accuracy of the product is lowered. SOLUTION: In this method for blanking the plurality of holes adjacently on the same member, at least another hole adjacent to a hole to be blanked is blanked in the state where a dummy member is embedded in the hole and the hole is on one side of the adjacent holes is pushed back after pushing out, after that, the other adjacent hole is blanked and the pushed-back member is removed. In this way, the deformation and the round edge in the periphery of the hole are prevented, the accuracy of the product is improved and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
