Abstract

【課題】本発明は親水性基を有するポリマーでコーティングした接液部材を提供することを課題とする。分析分離装置用の配管等の表面を、単に親水性ポリマーのキャストにより物理的に被覆しただけに過ぎない接液部材よりも、はるかに強固に親水性ポリマーがコーティングした接液部材を提供するものである。しかも、その親水性基はタンパク質吸着防止効果が高いホスホリルコリン基であり、再現性が良好で高い回収率のタンパク分析を可能とする接液部材を提供するものである。 【解決手段】アルコキシシリル基含有ポリマーで表面をコーティングした接液部材に、下記式(1)で示されるホスホリルコリン基を導入したことを特徴とする接液部材。 【選択図】 なし
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wetted member which is coated with a polymer having a hydrophilic group; to provide the wetted member which is coated with the hydrophilic polymer far more strongly than a wetted member such as piping for use in an analysis separation device or the like the surface of which is simply covered physically with a hydrophilic polymer cast; and, furthermore, to provide the wetted member the hydrophilic group of which is a phosphorylcholine group with a high protein absorption prevention effect and which enables protein analysis with good reproducibility and at a high recovery rate. <P>SOLUTION: The wetted member is provided by introducing the phosphorylcholine group represented by the formula to the wetted member the surface of which is coated with the polymer containing an alkoxysily group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
