Abstract

【課題】所望のコモンモード電圧信号を生成することにより好適なOTA回路の出力特性を得ることができる演算増幅器を提供する。 【解決手段】電圧設定回路4は、OTA回路の出力信号の振幅の最大の電圧レベルを設定する電圧設定領域11と、出力信号の振幅の最小の電圧レベルを設定する電圧設定領域12と、電圧設定領域11および12で設定された電圧の中間電圧を設定する中間電圧設定領域13とを有する。この中間電圧がコモンモードフィードバック回路に入力され、この中間電圧に基づいてコモンモードフィードバック回路は、OTA回路に帰還するコモンモード電圧を生成する。 【選択図】 図4
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational amplifier by which suitable output characteristics of an OTA circuit can be obtained by generating a desired common mode voltage signal. SOLUTION: A voltage setting circuit 4 has a voltage setting area 11 for setting the maximum voltage level of amplitude of an outputted signal of the OTA circuit, a voltage setting area 12 for setting the minimum voltage level of the amplitude of the outputted signal and an intermediate voltage setting area 13 for setting intermediate voltage of the voltage set by the voltage setting areas 11 and 12. The intermediate voltage is inputted in a common mode feedback circuit and the common mode feedback circuit generates common mode voltage to feed back to the OTA circuit based on the intermediate voltage.
